Join us for a one-hour seminar hosted by veteran competitors John Lankford and Art Littlejohn.  John and Art will share tips on diet, training, and general contest prep.  See demonstrations of the mandatory bodybuilding and figure poses.  Practice your poses and get advice on how to highlight the strong points of your individual physique.  Male and female competitors are welcome to participate.  There is no charge to attend and no need to preregister.
